Jay Winkler has been in the manufacturing sector for more than three decades, was previously CEO of a US-based global manufacturer, and started production facilities in Mexico, Europe, the UK, and a strategic partnership in China. He has also been a fractional CEO/COO, executive consultant, and private equity advisory partner helping companies connect the dots between business strategy, leadership, and value creation results.

As Director, Strategic Initiatives, Jay advises private equity and privately owned, middle market manufacturers on strategies for implementation of Mexico operations. Often working with companies on first steps in exploring expansion, nearshoring or reshoring initiatives and establishing an operational footprint in the country.
