Recruitment
Working closely with the management team of our clients, we ensure the right staff with the ideal experience are hired to run production in Mexico. We recruit and recommend potential new hires, before helping our clients indoctrinate them on production processes, whether in Mexico or in the home country. While our clients have the final approval of all new hires, they value Entrada’s human capital knowledge and expertise, formed by more than two decades of experience with Mexico manufacturing.
Training
As staff are hired and brought onboard, Entrada also works with our clients to determine whether a tailored training curriculum, custom-developed based on client production processes, would be advantageous. When clients select this option, we leverage existing partnerships with professional and technical schools near our manufacturing campuses, in order to bring new hires up to speed quickly and efficiently on specific production processes. These programs can be delivered during the facility start-up phase or on an ongoing basis.
Identifying Local Supply and Services Base
Developing a trusted batch of local suppliers, services providers and raw materials providers is essential for the success of a new manufacturing facility in Mexico. For this crucial aspect of your start up, Entrada identifies a shortlist of providers and presents them to our clients, with our clients responsible for the final selection and validation before providers are brought on board and calibrated into production processes.
